Strange how Hunger games isn't on the list as I believe the above quote of 12million.I'm sure EL James can cry into her millions when it comes to people hating her success.I wonder how many digital copies exist via downloading? I'm sure that boosts ASOIAF if the TV show is anything to go by. Although a quick search suggests it's usually "how to" books/manuals that are the pirates favourite. Based on a few reports, ebooks have reached 15% market penetration in the USA and about 10-11% in the UK.
