For me:Stannis's first appearance at the wallJoffrey's deathTyrion making Lancel his bitch. (Everything Tyrion did in ACoK, honestly)
Lord Joker
The entire TWOW Theon chapter. Stannis arriving at the wall. Tyrion shooting Tywin. I really don't like Dany, but her Dracarys moment was pretty epic too. Renly dying.
Wellcraines
For some reason when Littlefinger shoves Lysa and immediately blames it on the singer is one of the most satisfying moments in literature.

Blazfemur
To be honest, this series is a lot more, corrupting the peace that once was, than it is overly satisfying. Things worsen, and continually get worse throughout. However, out of: Stannis arriving at the WallJoffrey's deathPetyr Baelish shoving Lysa/blaming it on Marillionetc etc etc to be honest, there were two reveals that did it for me: Lady Stoneheart's original reveal (holy FUCK)Petyr, being the one that staged Joffrey's death, and being the one Sansa sees ont he boatVarys returning, confessing to Kevan, while killing him ironically enough, the biggest satisfaction i get, arent from main pov characters, though i did get literal chills when i read Daenerys taking back Drogon and backstabbing the Masters with her newly acquired Unsullied. That was HUGE
