The main thing I have an issue with in this situation is that sexual harassment has victims. By the process MSU has in place it allows a potential harasser to stay in a position of power and potentially harass more victims and / or continue harassing victims that may not have come forward yet. There needs to be an investigation of course but the nature of the complaint should supersede policy. The President of MSU should be told what the accusation is and can then decide how to proceed, to blindly wait for a 10 month investigation seems ridiculous from the outside.

This is an idea that has floated around for a while, the power 5 football teams just break away from the NCAA entirely. Get divisions set up similar to the NFL and have cross over games every year. This allows for local rivals to stay relevant and forces teams to play actual competition and not a team that they are favored to beat by 40+ points. Also reduces the travel issues. Dumping the NCAA and starting with fresh set of rules that make sense for current times makes the most sense. One idea even had relegation built in. The next level of football teams, top 2-4 move up each year and lowest 2-4 from the new entity drop out. This way if a school legitimately builds a program they can get to the big boys league by earning it. Schools that have dumpster fire teams drop down and have to earn their way back.

Went to see The Equalizer 3, expected to shut my brain off eat some popcorn and relax while Denzel entertains. This movie sucked, maybe because it didn't feel right to the character? I know going into it that it's supposed to be a certain type of movie having watched the original Equalizer tv show and the two other movies, but the lead doesn't feel like himself in this one. Feels like this was a cash grab and even Denzel seemed like he was just going through the paces. The villains sucked, there was no real build up, they poorly tied in the CIA, terrorists, drug dealing, cyber hacking and the mafia. The best thing about the movie was the location, beautiful place. Watched Hypnotic on Peacock. Ben Affleck movie about the power of hypnosis and projecting it. This sucked ass way more than The Equalizer 3. It felt like someone binged Momento and Inception and thought hmm.. what if I blended these two together. Maybe if there was a different lead and a few changes to the way they "project" the hypnosis and it could have been an ok movie. Another negative was Eternals. I didn't make it through 15 min of this and I was bored silly and turned it off. Which led me to Hypnotic so thanks a lot.
