Make her think that someone attempted to poison her.
What would that accomplish if there is no clear suspect, though?

These heresy threads are fun, but why are they all hiding in the ADWD subforum where nobody ever goes, instead of general? We need some interesting ideas over there. At the moment it's all 'Who is the most evil XYZ?
To be fair, it’s pretty hard to generate new ideas after more than a decade of intense discussion.

I think fans get very hung up on loyalty, but GRRM knows that even the most loyal people have their breaking points and their own personal needs and interests to juggle.
One prominent exception to this could be Davos.

If Jon is dead, he won't be revived, as the dead cannot be revived. So, no worries about him being alive again. However, if he is reanimated by magic, which is how all the dead are reanimated, then he will be a wight and continue to be dead.
What’s the difference between revival and reanimation?

Would I kill a man like Daeron? No, but then I have the option of turning him in.
Although I’m not sure that the Braavosi authorities would even accept him as a prisoner if desertion from the Night’s Watch isn’t a crime there.

When Beric died and then got revived by Thoros, he basically cut ties with the Dondarrions, to the point of even barely remembering his bethroted, his castle and lands.
Although it’s not that he wanted to cut ties with them, it’s that he was physically unable to remember.

Renly was fine with Joffrey as king as long as Ned was regent and Cersei was not.
Yes, you're right. And earlier he toyed with the idea of replacing Cersei with Margaery at Robert's side.
With that in mind, one would think that Renly was simply anti-Lannister, but if so, why didn't he support Stannis in his fight against them?

Ser Pounce is the first one that comes to mind. Scaring off Balerion is no easy feat.

Not if the Dothraki and Viserys originally were meant to create chaos and destabilize Westeros for Aegon to swoop in and save the day.
But would the Golden Company be powerful enough to defeat the Dothraki? Or were they counting on support from Westerosi lords?

What’s the deal with Cersei telling Catelyn that she and Robert lost a black-haired child once? Many show watchers were thrown off by this and believed for a long time that Jon Snow was actually that child.

he trusts LF, but not Renly, which was arguably Ned's single biggest mistake
Following Renly’s plan would have been fine if they gave the throne to Stannis afterwards, but Renly wanted it for himself.

Jon Arryn's symptoms were not like Belwas's though.
Maybe Belwas got his name because of his bad belly?

Melisandre claims that she can see Azar Ahai in her flames, but she hasn't seen Ser Pounce.

I think the only viable counterpoint is that Melisandre didn’t see Ser Pounce in her visions. As far as we know.

You're allowed to mention donkeys here without self-censoring, you know.
Does any character in the series actually use a donkey, other than maester Luwin?

The throne is not a conscious intelligence who judges the as$ sitting on it. Robert was not an evil person but his policies and his governing ruined what was once a prosperous Targaryen kingdom. A living throne, possessing of conscience, would have bled Robert to spare the people from the mass suffering he created.
Maybe Robert simply got too fat to sit on the throne in his later years?

Every sympathetic character kills people.
I don't know what it would take for Tommen to kill someone, for example.

I doubt that anything hes done has benefitted anyone other than himself.
Except teaching Sansa how to play the game. I guess she is such a blind spot for him that he doesn't even consider the possibility of her using it against him.

Let's be real, Robert is better than any of the other living kings in the series.
Technically, the only living king in the series is Tommen.

Well, that is indeed the standard fan-take on Robert, the one I think may be too harsh.
I find it strange that Robert is considered a bad king, while at the same time Jon Arryn is considered a good Hand. Even though they ruled together, and Jon Arryn seems to be the one doing most of the ruling.

I know this is a trait of GRRM but seriously the splits / overlaps we have seen previously (Clash+Storm & Feast+Dance) have both been done quite poorly as there was little preplanning.
Just out of curiosity, how would you split Clash and Storm?

I think she will struggle with that too. Which is why:
I think the ending she got on the show makes perfect sense. She sails off because she has too much blood on her hands to live a normal life. And she understands that as much as anyone else.
