  1. @Zorral. Honest face, I don't like the thread title. Please change it maybe? I think for the posters of the forum, "We" were not trying to overthrow the government. Doesn't seem to make much sense. US Politics: Debates Incoming. Yeah, that feels better.
  2. Then I don't know why she was even brought up in his response to my original post. (See the previous thread) It doesn't seem to make sense in the bolded scenario. Which is why I was giving Scot the benefit of the doubt on the morality of his grandmother.
  3. Perhaps. I was trying to be polite by not bringing up this possibility.
  4. Yes. So you are also aware that my original statement is true. That throughout the South the vast majority of people vote Republican because that is how they are raised, and the election data supports this. Your smart grandmother is an outlier. @Ser Scot A Ellison Carrying over from the last thread.
  5. Yes. So you are also aware that my original statement is true. That throughout the South the vast majority of people vote Republican because that is how they are raised, and the election data supports this. Your smart grandmother is an outlier.
  6. Your Grandmother was a very wise woman. But that doesn’t change the fact that as a whole the South has consistently voted Republican ever since the Civil Rights act was passed. 1960: https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/1960_United_States_presidential_election 1964: https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/1964_United_States_presidential_election
  7. It’d be nice if this were true, wouldn’t it? Honestly , it only takes a small amount of laziness to vote Republican. If you grow up in the South, odds are you’re taught from an early age how wrong Democrats are about everything. So of course most people just vote the way their friends and family do. Edit: The greatest strategy of the Republicans so far is convincing people “both parties are the same” even though Republicans in charge are demonstrably worse for the average American.
  8. Lol. My lucky as fuck father. He decided to drop $40 at slots for the hell of it. On an 80 cent bet he hit $6200. That is one hell of a ratio.
  9. I hope @DMC just pulled a Towelie. That he got high and just sort of wandered off. Not a random car accident or anything of the sort.
  10. Secret Invasion is my least liked show so far. Especially after just watching GotG 3 again. Complaint about Secret Invasion number 2.
  11. Right? It’s one of the most robotic performances I’ve ever seen.
  12. Didn’t Russia think their invasion would succeed within a week? I think I remember stories of Russian soldiers carrying parade uniforms at the outset of the war for a victory celebration. But over a year later Russia is still getting slapped around. Talk about incompetence. Quack quack.
  13. Quack quack. Like the poster who believes that the aggressor in an unjust invasion is somehow a victim? Quack quack.
  14. Thank you. You made this already good day a whole lot brighter.
  15. …..You are correct. I should quack at anyone and anything when I deem it necessary. I apologize for losing faith. I hereby declare my promise null and void.
  16. 1) Damn straight 2) Has this been thoroughly researched? I’m fairly certain Russia could withdraw it’s troops from Ukraine tomorrow and it will continue to exist.
  17. Yep Russian is "invading" not "invaded". (Well “invaded” is still correct as well) Because the invasion is still ongoing. Just because the Russian military can't advance worth a shit doesn't mean they are not still invading Ukraine. And I'm from the American South. We talk the bestest English! Quack quack quackers quacking.
  18. You are the one equaling Russia withdrawing from an invasion it started to a surrender. That's silly. The war can end as soon as Russian soldiers leave Ukraine. You want the invasion to continue? YOU want Russian soldiers to die. Quack quack.
