Lighting is too different even from the other Shae/Tyrion image in this preview. And he doesn't have any reaction like that in the book scene. I mean, Dany wears the same outfit for 2-3 seasons now Funny to read this considering many Dany haters often complain she changes her clothes too much often in books. Poor girl.
