What are you doing for your migraines, btw? A combination of things. OTC meds alternated with prescriptions, trying to reduce noise/stress and sometimes avoiding light. On the bad days I have to stay off the computer. :( Increasing liquids because dehydration only makes things worse. Heat on my neck and shoulders to decrease tension. Seeing a chiropractor today. That usually helps some. Most of the time I'm ok though I am used to frequent headaches. About once a year I get hit with the bad migraines.
