Super Daario
where would you want to spawn? Keep in mind though, this is hardcore mode, so if your character dies, you can't rez. I'd start in Magister Illyrio's manse. Plenty of good food, gear, and probably quests that give money.
Ser Greg of House House
Assuming lvl 1 means I must be a servant of some kind... Yeah, since I usually don't care that much about the role playing... Somewhere rich in Essos, certainly. That or Dorne, they should keep out of the war long enough for me to train not to die. The rest will probably be too cold when Winter spreads. Ruin
Asshai! I'd level up sparring with my shadow, and crafting xp in painting protective glyphs for those seeking to travel pass Valyria.

DamoDega
Hardcore choice Get my waterdancing and faceless skillz at level 99, and my pimpness over9000 Move like Syrio, kill like Jaqen, swag like Daario :D Get a freelance uber well paid job at the Iron Bank as debt collector/cleaner, then spend all for whores and whine during parties at my pimp villa in Bravos Kingdoms and empires raise and fall, but i'm too drunk and full of quality sluts to give a fuck Sound like a good plan, if i don't die when i'm still a level 4 noob, with no parry skill :D

I'm the Party Pooper
Doesn't matter much where I start, 'cause I know where I would end up: I always play the warrior thief in gothic, and thus the Wall is my final destination.. or decapitation. Capt Captain
I'd say Dorne, then after learning how to move quick and dodge I'll do what Oberyn did, go to the Citadel for immense EXP boosts and after that I will head to Braavos to train as a Faceless man (Fit anywhere I want to). I'd then head to Asshai to boost my magic skills and then I'll like, idk join the Imperials or Stormcloaks or something.
Ruin
@Super DaarioYou could sacrifice the pandas to R'hllor for loyalty points for limited-edition cosmetic gear. That should be an option for sure.
