Although, he should have not brought the girls to KL, knowing the danger. He should have left them behind, saying he would send for them once he had established his household there and Bran had either woken or died... Set someone to making copies of the book, so you have a backup and can maybe send it to a few key others (Howland). Escort Theon to the wall, talk to Commander Mormont & Benjen about the others. Have them send envoys (and ravens) North above the wall to re-recruit /broker a peace with Mance Rayder, to unite against the others. Go to King's landing alone, meet up with Jon A. & Stannis somewhere outside of the Red Keep, fill them in about the twincest, plot about how to tell Robert (not Cersei).
