That doesn't require superhuman strength. If I recall correctly, he didn't punch through his throat bare-handed, he cut his throat and then reached through the opening created. Flesh is not that hard to tear, especially if it's largely soft tissue and you are pulling it in a direction it was never meant to be pulled. But there is actually not much you can do to prevent a much stronger person to do that kind of deadlock if they can rub two brain cells together. So, when exactly does edmure wake up from the knock out drugs he is on? Because he needs to be on some if Drogo can do all this stuff without him stabbing him once. If you took a step back you would realize that the Dothraki are little more than a joke to Planatos. Go read the Drogo Heavyweight thread.... It is gone over in mind numbing detail there how the only person who praised the Dothraki, Jorah... did so because he had a vested interest in making his information seem useful. In fact... when talked about abstractly the Dothraki are known for hit-and-run tactics and attacking lamb men. The Dothraki were little fish swimming around in a rain puddle. Sorry.... we all know Drogo was so Dreammmmmmy.... But where do people get the idea that he was some unstoppable warrior? It certainly ain't in the text.
