James Arryn
The Hound knows and he probably confessed it to the Elder Brother. So, the Faith knows. How does the Hound know?
Lord Lyman
The Hound knows and he probably confessed it to the Elder Brother. So, the Faith knows. The Hound doesn't know. Arya only decided to go to Braavos after the Captain of the Trident's Daughter told her that the city was its home port.
jlk7e
If she was not posing as a faceless man then I'm sure there are a lot of people who would recognise her, Jaime tyrion and cersei, perhaps varys as he seen her in kings landing Harwin, Lem, Tom of Sevenstreams, Thoros, Sandor, Gendry, Hot Pie. Probably various other members of the Brotherhood. Sansa, Littlefinger, Theon, Jon, Bran, Rickon, any Winterfell survivors left at the Dreadfort, Jonelle Cerwyn, Lady Stoneheart, Yohn Royce, Tommen, Myrcella, Jeyne Poole, Jaqen H'ghar/the Alchemist/Pate, Barristan, Ilyn Payne, Meryn Trant, Boros Blount. There's also various others who might recognize her as the weasel soup girl from Harrenhal - Roose Bolton, Qyburn, Robett Glover, various Freys, Harrion Karstark, Wylis Manderly, Urswyck and any other surviving Bloody Mummers. Some of them might be able to piece together who she is. (ETA: Obviously none of these people, save maybe Jaqen, know she's in Braavos; just that all of them might potentially recognize her if they saw her.) Liz Stark-Targaryen
This all depends upon how soon Arya runs into someone who might know her. As I've said, if it's a few years, some people change a lot between childhood and young adulthood.
Bawn
The real question should be does anybody in Westeros have a connection with the faceless men?Varys would be my obvious choice but anyone could be linked with them. Or should I say no-one.
