How much would you pay for the ultimate entertainment service?

Wouldn't this be a monopoly? We all know what monopolies do when all the competition is driven out. And if this single service chooses everything you get to choose among to watch, listen, etc., there is likely gonna be censorship. Which isn't good for creativity either.

Jesus, Mary and Joseph... Cable and internet is indeed expensive in US...

OK, here in Serbia, I have the cable internet (60 MBps) + basic cable programming (70 channels) + telephone less than $40. My HBO Premium package costs around $7, so overall. I pay $45 for this...

As for books, it varies. Monthly it can get anywhere between $20 and $200.
