Houses found during the Age of Heroes

In the North, the surviving ones we know of include:

Stark

Bolton

Umber

Dustin

Flint

Glover

Locke

Manderly - although they resided in the Reach during the Age of Heroes

I believe that the reference to the Lord Ryswell whose sons were entombed in the Wall dates from the Age of Heroes, so they probably belong in the above list too.

There are a few more Northern Houses that might fall into the above category, but we don't know for sure. They include Houses Hornwood, Reed and Tallhart.

That's about it as far as the Great Northern Houses are concerned.

Awesome, do you have a list of all the extinct houses as well?

Now all we need is a list of the other houses in the south.

The Tullys were founded after the Andal Invasions.

No they weren't.

The Tullys are a First Men house so they've been there since the Age of Heroes.

The Tullys did indeed exist pre-Invasion and were a House of First Men. Though Riverrun wasn't constructed until post-Invasion.

Are the Dawn Age and Age of Heroes like the same thing cause I thought a few houses were there since the Dawn Age?

No, my friend, they are different times.   The Dawn age is almost prehistoric--before the 1st Men came to Westeros--when the COTF and Giants ran free and fought each other.  The 1st Men came during this time.   The Dawn Age ended with the 1st Pact signed on the Isle of Faces.   The age of Heroes occurred post 1st Men invading Westeros extending until the end of Long Night.    There is a place in the Wiki that breaks it all down by span and major occurrences if you want a better answer.   It gets very confusing during the Age of Heroes.
