Angel Eyes
It would be interesting to ponder what would have happened if Jorah had any children with his first wife. Would they have accepted Lynesse as their stepmother? Would Jorah take them to Essos when he fled?
Therae
I don't think they would have had much to say about it. However, I would not bet on Lynesse accepting them--especially if she was expecting to produce her own children--as hers would not be his heirs. Wasn't Alicent a Hightower, also? Then it becomes a question of whether children-having Jorah would still have been so besotted with Lynesse that he would have gotten into the trouble he did in his efforts to keep her happy. If so, and I don't really doubt it, if she didn't care for the kids, I don't think he'd have thought twice about leaving them behind. But who knows, maybe if he'd had children, he'd have grown up and gotten grounded enough not to fall for Lynesse in the first place.
The Lord of the Crossing
Bad luck. Jorah and his wives were fine. They just had bad luck. Jorah is impotent. The wives were barren. His maester was offing the babies. Any combination of the above.
