Mr. X
face to face-big choice what poppish punk should be. Wow, I haven't heard Face to Face in a while. I remember seeing them at some place in Philly back when the first album on Fat came out. They were lots of fun. Lagwagon played at that show as well, and totally tore shit up. Bazzlebane
Spent the morning listening to a live recording of one of the Bayreuth productions of Das Rheingold. Now I'm feeling suitably epic.

Bazzlebane
Ween. My entire library of Ween (every studio album, five official live releases, a handful of bootleg concerts) on random. Started the set on "Piss Up a Rope". At this second? "Baby Bitch" just ended, "Bananas and Blow" just started.
Freudas
Caliban is at their show as we speak! I have to wait another month until they're in my area And funnily enough, I'm in the Ween section of my playlist now too: Don't Laugh (I Love you) is on. Bazzlebane
Yeah, Caliban inspired me to put it on, even though I'm going to Interpol tonight. I'm seeing Ween on the 10th of November when they come through SF. Just finished "Mutilated Lips", now on "Mister, Would Please Help My Pony?". So, uh, would you help my pony? I think it's his lung. Mr. X
Ani DIfranco's remake of Both Hands. Is that from the new greatest hits/retrospective album? I really like that version. Of course, it's just a great song in the first place.
