For surnames... Targaryen is so epic. Just so fitting. Other last names I like are Glover, Royce, Martell, Hightower, Greyjoy, Corbray, Stark, Dondarrion, Darklyn, Morrigen.

Some more full names and nicknames that are pleasing to the ears..

Robar Royce

Daemon Sand aka The Bastard of Godsgrace

Anders Yronwood

Elia of Dorne

Daenerys and Rhaegar are the best Targaryen names

Rhaegar Frey for pure comedic valueA

I'm not too fond of the Targaryen names. They sound a bit like "Aerith and Bob".

Other names are usually pretty nice. My favourite has to be "Cotter Pyke". That name fits the way he is described by (mostly) Jon perfectly. "Howland Reed" and "Davos Seaworth" get honourable mentions.

Else I agree about several of the above mentioned, but I can't believe noone's yet mentioned:

Wun Weg Wun Dar Wun

which must without competition be the most fitting name of any character :drunk:

I can't believe no one mentioned Wun Wun. He definitely has a cool name. :)

Rhaegar Targareyn. Any Targareyn or Martell really. Oberyn, Elia, Doran, Viserys, Danyerys, Rhaenys.

Males: Rickon, Bran, Edric, Renly, Tywin, Samwell, Jorah, Barristen and the best ones Davos and Stannis

Females: Shireen, Catelyn, Ashara, Lyanna, Lysa, Selyse, Melasandra and Missandei.
