Any theories on Anguy and Edric Dayne?

I think the appendices tell us Edric's still on the loose. Besides, he may be a lord, but he's also an outlaw far from his seat, his men and the King's Peace. He couldn't just walk back to Starfall without encountering a world of trouble...

He was just following his orders as a squire. I think he will not be considered as an outlaw.

Not sure what will happen to them. Edric leaves the BwB along with several others.

I would like it if Edric can return to Start all and become the new Sword of the Morning. Anguy who win the Tourney of the Hand archery prize and promptly pissess it away, is offered a job with Ned at Winterfell. I would love to see him become

something like BR ravensteeth archers, but this is my fantasy mind at work.

This is where I duck in and say how much I love the Howland and Ashara theory because if it's true, Edric (and the BwW) is probably able to come and go from the Neck because his aunt is married to its lord.

Is that even possible? I mean every one pretty much knows about the Ned-Ashara debacle. If you suggest she is married to a principal Northern bannerman and nobody knows about it, that isn't very likely is it? It's not like Reed married and didn't invite anyone over.

Well, it actually is - Reed hasn't left his seat for years and no-one knows where to look for it. I don't like the theory much but there is nothing to contradict it and should Ashara's suicide be fake, I'd prefer her to be HR's wife than septa Lemore.

Besides, it would make HR as the principal witness for Jon's parentage a red herring, not to mention that Ashara's word would probably carry greater weight among the noblemen than his.

If this is true I'd also assume Arthur is there with them, considering she wouldn't go away with Howland after killing her brother; and jojen when first introduced says something to the effect of "there are no knights in the neck" repeatedly, almost trying to convince bran and company there truly arent

Maybe Anguy escorted Edric back to Starfall? I mean, the only connection Edric had to the BwB was being Beric's squire. Beric's dead, so I'm assuming Edric would simply return home.

Alternatively, maybe he went to Blackhaven, to tell Allyria (Beric's betrothed) all about their adventures or something.
