He stuck his long nose into Ramsay’s business. The loss of the sword was not his fault but the harm he caused at the Wall will have long term consequences for the whole kingdom.
-
What consequence do you expect? It wasn’t theft. It’s a victory trophy for the Lannisters. That’s how people see it. A writ of attainder was signed and it took away everything from the poor Starks. The kids deserve better but Jon, Robb, and Sansa aren’t blameless in the Stark fall.

Biggest sore loser in the saga ?

Only Balon from your list would count. Walder won, Robb lost. The man who should let go of his family’s defeat is Jon. He had a more important job to do at the wall and messed up because he wanted to destroy his old family’s enemies. -
Are there any characters you just have 0 sympathy for?

I’ve no sympathy for Ramsay, Wayman, Jaime Lannister, and Jon Snow. -
Tully madness is now on the table for discussion when talking about the sanity of Catelyn's kids.

Jon Snow is likely to go insane
The Commentator replied to Damsel in Distress's topic in General (ASoIaF)
Only if your name is Jon Snow. Rhaegar’s illegitimate son is the one most likely to. -
Placing Arya with Jon is not the cure for her emotional illness. Bitter with bitter just produces more toxicity. A cure for Arya is not available in their time.
-
Cat passed this tendency for insanity to her kids. Lysa’s own son is suspect.

I don’t accept the theory of Jon having been fathered by Rhaegar. If I’m wrong and it’s true, Jon is at bigger risk because of the gender phenomenon you pointed out. -
Arya’s mental illness is what will put her in a mental health institution. You can forgive the crime if you want. I won’t. But at least admit that no society will allow Arya to be free. Sure, medication and therapy will be prescribed. But she will be treated in an institution.

Arya has crossed the threshold between good and evil. She's on the evil side now. Bodies will pile up as she leaves behind a long trail of blood back to the north. She needs to be stopped and sentenced to pay for her crimes. One of the victims on that list might pass greyscale to Arya.

That there are places with scary forms of life is unquestioned. But Balerion would go to a place that has significance to him. Valyria. Some real world species return to their place of birth to spawn. Perhaps Balerion felt a calling to return to his and mate. A female dragon could have survived the doom. It would be wonderful if Drogon’s egg came from that pair.

Daenerys is Azor Ahai Reborn

Our favorite young hero will take the long way to Westeros. Her arrival will start the end of the long night, and Bran. Ghost and Jon will be dead by then. -

Daenerys is Azor Ahai Reborn

I don’t think Jon Snow will be hatching dragons. If we are to rank the candidates for Azor Ahai, Daenerys Targaryen will be at the top. The next is a very distant second. That would be Aegon . I feel comfortable in my opinion that Daenerys is Azor Ahai. Is it 100% certain? No, but the story left little room for AA to be anybody else. The first post is a good one but hardly needed given the weight of the evidence to support Daenerys. The hatching of the dragons is only one. The prominence of the number 3 in her character arc and the death of her spouse are others. -

Daenerys is Azor Ahai. She woke dragons from stone. That is the proof of her rebirth as Azor Ahai. Stannis is a fake, a fraud. -

They all have the wolf’s blood. Bran will go nuts if something were to happen to his siblings. Looking back on the ancient story, things are playing in a somewhat similar way. The Maiden Made of Light is hidden, away on exile. This is Daenerys, the Light. The Lion Of Night, Bran the Dark one will see his siblings die from betrayals. Never mind that Jon and Arya deserved it. Bran can send minions, wights, to punish those he thinks are guilty. Let loose the wights on Westeros, like Jon set Mance and the wildlings loose against Westeros. Darkness and wights will have their day until Dany and Drogon burn them at the Trident. The melting of the northern host of ice will bring the spring thaw. The water will bring life back to the land as the ice and the darkness release their grip. -

I agree. The Lion of the Night sent the white walkers to menace the living. Bran will repeat the same crime against the living. His brothers and sisters will get killed and Bran will set the white walkers loose on Westeros. -

Very fitting. Daenerys Targaryen is the Azor Ahai. We should think of Azor Ahai as an inherited title passed down through the Targaryen bloodline. -

I don't know about that. Arya seems like the hybrid cross between Gollum and Robert Jordan's Padan Fain. And she carries needle. Nothing special about that blade.
