Quiet episode although it ended with a bang. Some nice character building with John and Mariko and Kira.

I don’t mind the basic choreography. Kinda getting tired of all the marvel shows and the like where everyone is some martial arts badass and is doing crazy movements. Even when we had Buntaro killing guys here it’s all basic stuff and more grounded in realism.

Depends on how serious his raising guild is. I haven’t played in about ten years but at one point my wife and I were in a top 200ish world wide raiding guild. It’s not that it would have ruined his character. But depending on his guild it could hurt his standing with them. Basically some guilds are like jobs. So replace skip raid with skip job. But I am woefully out of touch with raids in wow now and don’t know if they’re still a big thing.

I dunno I didn’t play 2 but I did play 1 back in the day and 3 has been great. From what I’ve watched and read 2 had a better story than 3, but 3s gameplay and diversity of loot is better. Anyway been having a blast playing couch coop with my son the last couple months. And we’re both looking forward to the movie. He even commented on age of Lillith. I don’t mind since I like Cate and Curtis. Anyway should be fun and as long as the actors buy into the crazy shit they’re doing ill be happy with it.

Don’t really think that holds true. I don’t think if there was only Federer and not the other two that he has 50 slams. Likely it gives others room to grow and while he wins more not likely that many more. I just don’t think it’s fair to bash Serena for being so much better than the competition while at the same time lauding the men for having a big three instead of one. Bit unfair imo.

Won more singles titles. Won way more doubles titles. Won more grand slams. Was more dominant against the field she faced. Is clearly the top in her category in a way Nadal isnt. Ask anyone who was a greater player between the two and most would say Serena. I also don’t shit in the female field the way some do here. Tbh part of the reason those 3 guys won so many is because other than them the male field was quite weak.

Sorry greater player. Sugar Ray would never beat Tyson in a boxing match yet he’s a greater or whatever boxer.

Also Federer and Djokovic have the record for going deep in tournaments. Nadal flames out a lot early in tourneys. Anyway for modern tennis those four are the tops for me and I’d rank them Djokovic, Serena, Federer, Nadal. They’re all great players but Serena is the greatest female player and Nadal is not the greatest male player. I think it’s impossible to argue against Djokovic now as greatest tennis player ever. How you want to rate the other 3 is up to you but I think it’s ridiculous to demote Serena because she plays in a different category.

Nadal didn’t just only lose to Federer and Joker. There was plenty of other players he lost to. Reason I put Nadal is that he’s definitely a specialist. 14 of his slam wins were the French. Yes he won the others a few times but I think Serena and Joker have a much more balanced resume than him. Hence I think they are better players.

Well hitting some threes will help that. Problem though i those two take too many nights off. I mean you can’t blame James at that age but it’s pretty clear if the lakers play hard they’re competitive and if they don’t they get crushed. Ham isn’t a great coach either but effort is their main issue.

Floyd would never beat Wilder or Evander or any other random heavyweight, yet he’s indisputably a better boxer than they are. The best boxer of all time is not necessarily a heavyweight (Sugar Ray), same with lifters, MMA fighters and lots of other sports. It doesn’t matter at all that Serena can’t beat Andy Murray or Nadal, she’s still a greater tennis player than them.

Totally agree that if you talk about the greatest tennis players of the 21st century the list is that four with either Serena or Joker at top. Ideally it would be two from each tour but the women side has had more fractured success than the men’s who really for a long time other than a one of it’s just been those three.

Are we really in the same breath bringing up someone Serena lost to and then talking about Steffi? First every great has a player who is lesser that they don’t do well against. Styles make fights. Brady lost twice to Eli for example. Second Steffi’s numbers would look worse if her deranged fan hadn’t stabbed Seles.

Eeek yeah that would be sexism. Serena is definitely one of the greatest if not the greatest player of all time. Doesn’t matter that she wouldn’t crack the top fifty of men. It’s like saying that Floyd Mayweather is not one of the greatest boxers ever because if you put him up against heavyweights he wouldn’t win a match. In the category she’s in she is clearly the best all time.

Chiefs defence being strong was not really a surprise. Their ppg was less than a point behind baltimores. If the ravens had this great defence so did the chiefs. And Mahomes > Jackson. (Reid > Harbaugh too, why did the best running team in the league not run it?)

Yeah I think the coronation of Jackson was a bit premature. He still can’t get over the hump. And while Mahomes didn’t turn it over Baltimore’s defence adjusted and gave Lamar a shot which well he didn’t take opportunity of.

And on scoring defence Baltimore was like .5 or so points ahead of KC and much more dependent on turnovers. Mahomes just doesn’t turn the ball over in big games.

Jackson and his team have five first downs. Mahomes is 20/25 and they get the ball back in the second half. Baltimore and Jackson just aren’t in Mahomes league. We’ll see if they can second half adjust again, but KC is a much tougher team than Houston.

If they’re complaining about the defence complain to whomever traded Jrue for Lillard. Lillard is a turnstile it’s no surprise their backcourt can’t defend.

Odd to fire a coach with the team at 30-13. Guessing he’s lost the dressing room. Wonder if Ham is next.
