Oh Vic... "where is this Dothraki Sea??"

/imagines Victarion pushing his ships across the DS, with little wheels attached. "I said I'll do it, I'm doing it!".

Seriously, when I first read that I was hoping they got the wrong horn and it was actually a Kraken Horn and somehow somewhere, Victarion manages to blow that stuff in Meereen and in Westeros, a Kraken appears and eats Euron. And flies. That won't happen, though =(

(I want a Kraken in this story!)

I believe the Dusky Woman is the FM in Euron's employ (the one that killed Balon). Euron expects Victarion to betray him and then the DW can make her move, probably using Victarion's Greyjoy blood to bind the horn (and dragons) to Euron's will.

It is clearly stated in the text that Victarion was told by Euron that blowing the horn himself would bind dragons to his will. Euron expected Victarion to blow the horn, binding the dragons to Euron and Victarion dying from blowing the horn. Victarion doesn't know about magic horns, and Euron knows he is the weakest link intellectually in the family as well as loyal.
