joluoto2
If the Ironborn hadn't attacked, the Vale had joined Robb and there was no Frey- Bolton betrayal, then Robb would have had a good chance. Otherwise no.

Mithras
If Cat was the overrated diplomat and counsellor as many of her fans take her, the North stood a great chance.

She was a great diplomat and councillor. She got Robb the Riverlands, without her diplomacy his war would have finished on the Green Fork and had he heeded her council about Theon then Winterfell would not have been taken (at least not so soon). LordStoneheart
Do we want the meta answer? Because that one is an easy no. Robb was written to die, just as Ned was.
Ramsay Gimp
Robb offered nothing and was trying to become a King. Lysa was also forced into the marriage. He didn't really offer Balon either. Yea, Robb never offered anything concrete when he reached out to potential allies. The Lannisters were much more proactive in their diplomacy - sending hostages, arranging marriages, offering positions on the small council, etc.
