Morena
I can honestly say that I didn't notice that whenever I was watching the episode. More than likely, I was probably a bit shellshocked to see the stabbing happen. I knew it was coming, but still didn't expect it - if that makes sense. Anyway, back to the picture. I know that people have commented on the fact that there is no evidence of Jon warging like how the show typically displays it (i.e. with the white/fogged look that we see with Bran), but I wonder if this is an indicator. Maybe the scene cuts before the warging actually occurs. Or, maybe this is just an example of an inkblot test and we're making it into a wolf, specifically Stark sigil-like, when really it's just Jon's blood rolling away. Something that is interesting, though, is that I've heard that Jon's eyes look like they lighten to a different color (one of the few articles here). When you zoom in on the picture you used, it does actually look like Kit's eyes are lighter than they typically are. But I also know that the picture you have is when the blood is starting to pool around him and maybe I'm just seeing what I want to see. Overall, a neat catch that I hope means something!! Meriwyn
Wouldn't it be something if the very first scene of season 6 is the same close up shot of Jon dying and then his eyes go white and we see Ghost run off. And then that's it for an episode or 2. THAT would bring ratings.
Morena
:agree: That would be awesome. Hopefully that is the direction that we are headed! Haha.
Lady Blackmont
HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA :bs: :dunce: :lmao: :lmao: :lmao:      Did you see Elvis in the smoke during 9/11? He did it, I swear. Did you see the number of blips emanating from the liquid? I count 11. There are 31 days in December, 31-11=20 . 20, that's how old Kit was in 2007. 2007-2006=1. 1 looks like an L. L is the first letter in Life. Jon is alive. Disprove me. I dare you. Valhalla Morghulis
Too tenuous. Warging into ghost is Deus Ex Machina on the show. Only Mel can credibly bring him back.
Philpenn
That screen capture is from the middle of the pooling blood though. A second later it's just a blob. Would give it far more credit, any at all really, if the howling wolf was how it finished.
Hajk
Blood flowing from Jon Snow changes into shape of a wolf. Link into screen capture.Interestingly enough I have seen others interpret it as a dragon. Personally I think this is no more than wishful thinking as that is just one screen capture while the blood is spreading. Almost like seeing faces in the clouds. Ludo Kressh
:agree: What about Bloodraven and Bran? They could do something about that. The difference is that Bran was still alive after his fall. Jon is dead; no coma dreams, no warging...dead.
evita mgfs
:agree: What about Bloodraven and Bran? They could do something about that. YES! This is why Bran's lessons have been omitted from the Season 5 episodes. He will come back with a BANG! Now, I see Jon Snow's eyes turning RED as BR claims two eyes to make him the 3EC. Ghost's eyes may be GREY! Sadly, I think the direwolf agenda may be cut from the series - the episodes have done nothing to show Jon's warging Ghost as does the novels. evita mgfs
Blood flowing from Jon Snow changes into shape of a wolf. Link into screen capture. THANKS FOR SHARING THIS! It has been a "hot" topic buzzing on the WWW by those who analyze clues in the show foreshadowing events to come. I HAVE this FEAR: Since D&D have visually established the "warging" phenomena in Bran's and Orell's eyes rolling back into their heads so that the white is exposed, by their emphasizing Jon's Snow's eyes remaining dark [maybe] and not rolling back to expose the whites - aren't they leaving a "breadcrumb" for viewers to assume that Jon expires and his eyes DO NOT CHANGE TO ICE BLUE, WHITE, OR RED. I did notice that Mel's eyes are BLUE and no longer RED when she returns to Castle Black. I was hoping this means her magic fires are "burned out" - hence she is too drained to breathe life into Jon to reanimate his corpse. However, on the WWW, conjecture favors Jon rising in a way similar to Beric Dondarrion - and D&D emphasized a great deal in the scene when Mel visits Thoros and sees the resurrection herself. evita mgfs
DAH! I just caught on about all the eye jokes - I forgot Arya uses her clam shuckers to blind Ser Trent! This IS all too much like a Greek Tragedy! D&D are carrying the theme into Jaqen punishing Arya in the same way she tortured Trent! Meow Meow for Season 6! I am sure that bit will be cut from the show as well! It might compete too much with Ser Pounce's fan base! He has a Facebook page - as does Drogon!
