For instance, if someone dies, and everyone believes incorrectly that it is a named character, but it really isn't that would not count. e.g. Bran and Rickon hung and burned at Winterfell, by Theon. Someone who has died earlier, but their corpse is presented during an episode would not count. e.g. Jon in episode one, he died in the last episode of last year. (I just am coming up with blanks for nameds that die off-screen and are presented later, dead.) I still stick with Harald Karstark.
