How was Cersei Even Able to Give Robert the Antlers?

Cersei as a medieval highborn lady,  really should have ladies-in-waiting constantly orbiting(She is the sun :P) her and as queen, even more so than any other ladies. Ladies who were chosen by the king himself or at least by Cersei herself but approved, and preferrably from among relatives. Elia had Ashara, among others, Rhaella had many that she sent away because of the Aerys, but Cersei has no one and what's even more strange is that we know she had companions as the daughter of the Tywin goldshitting Lannister. With her ladies-in-wait constantly around her, she really should've struggled to even get one bastard out of Jaime, let alone three but somehow she does.

For comparison, sweet, innocent lady Margaery that has her name slandered has many companions that are constantly around her, foremost being her grandmother, so really it shouldn't have been so easy to besmirch her honor.

To be fair, Jaime is a Kingsguard, so presumably he could have access to Cersei when he’s acting as her personal guard. Nobody would immediately suspect incest if the siblings wander off out of sight.

Very much so. Also Cersei murdering one of her "ladies in waiting" as a child probably helped cement her as a loner.

The entire court is kinda, well, empty for Robert sans guardsmen, Cersei without her ladies, Renly with nothing to do as master of laws, et al.

These ladies would be at her tail anyway. If not with them, they'd be in the servant room right next to hers.

They also serve at her pleasure ....if she says wait in a room wayy down a long hall for her then thats where they wait! It also helps if shes from time to time threatened  horrible things for any  minor disobedience (which would fit cersie) thus no one is gonna work outside her strict ruleset.

They also are chosen/approved by Robert, probablt even from his relatives. The big breasted cousin that's a widow? She's a prime candidate for being one of these for example. If she constantly sends them away then it would raise suspicion that would then be reported to king.

She doesnt need to send them away often just when shes got to get her freak on.

Ladies in waiting are generaly selected by the queen herself from among her friends etc so  most of them will be safe picks plus id bet by now she knows how to get rid of them/keep them busy.

More likely they are  summoned when needed and stay far enough away (say another floor or at least way down a hall) for cersei to do as she pleases the rest of the time.

Also to help it go unnoticed  her person will also have the elite lannister personal guard thus no strange nonlannister males can come without notice anyway. Then she has her kingsguard which id suspect is usualy rotated between jamie and trant etc.

I mean, Jaimie was both a kingsgaurd AND her brother. who could possibly think that the queen might have an affair with her celibate twin brother?!!! who would want to offend the Lannisters by denying the queen's brother of a private audience?!!! besides, most likely , Robert had liked Cersei spending time with her brother. it's evident that he trusted Jaimie, even liked him (unlike in the show) . early in their marriage, Robert was clearly trying to make her happy or find common ground by inviting her to hunt and stuff. instead, she made a habit of spending time with her brother and letting Robert have his own fun in the hunt ; and when he came back she would have been in a better mood that when he left ! heck , Robert might have encouraged it even . which means over the years the fact that the queen spends alone time with her chaste twin a routine at court..

Anne Boleyn was accused with incest IIRC so spending too much time with your brother must’ve been suspicious behaviour in medieval times.

very different situation! it wasn't about the amount of time the Boleyns spent together, it was about how badly Henry wanted to get rid of them in a way that no one protested and guess what? people are disgusted by incestual infidelity! Boelyns also didn't bring anything to the table for Henry VIII and he didn't like them anymore. so, they were basically under a microscope the way Jaimie and Cersei never were. on the other hand , Robert liked and trusted Jaimie and he never had the option of setting aside the daughter of one of his greatest allies.

True. But remember that there are parties interested in replacing Cersei and spies everywhere and not just of Varys or LF, like the Freys paying in Manderly's court, Renly, Loras and many others would also bribe servants for information. Even if it wasn't thought upon before, Renly, a councillor of the small council would have been aware and could then decide to make use of this.

From the little we know, it appears Cersei and Jamie took advantage of opportunities outside of Cersei's chambers and the castle environment as well. The Old Keep at Winterfell for one. Not exactly the most romantic or even sanitary of places but that didn't matter to them as long as they could have a private moment.
