Castellan Posted March 18, 2013 Share Posted March 18, 2013 It crossed my mind while reading that Jon might be product of Brandon & Lyanna incest (perhaps less than willing on her part - Brandon sounds like a prick) because of them always being off riding together like a pair of Centuars etc but there is stuff on the Citadel somewhere about birth dates which seems to rule that out. Also, if so, one would expect somewhere in Ned's POV where he figures out the Lannister incest he'd think something like 'Goodness! Just like in my family". They were very close and Benjen's shock after Ned told him what happened was probably crucial in his decision to take the Black.
