Tommen
It's funny that it's used so often when in the books it only ever pointed out how close-minded Dany's handmaidens were.

Buckwheat
And here I thought this thread would die ...What I meant is we should use a closer translation of Dothraki tenses, "It's knowed." This has the additional benefit of sounding just like "It snowed," which are the Stark words after winter has already comed. That is interesting, where do you get this?Because, well, it is a translation of Dothraki. I assume the Dothraki has their own past participle of the verb "know", whereas in English, the past participle of this verb happens to be "known". Using the wrong form "knowed" does not make it any more similar to the Dothraki phrasing, it just shows we lack the knowledge of English. And why should we try to connect it to the Starks?Ne mem nesa.:agree:

The Ned's Little Girl
To the OP: I just want to express my appreciation of your avatar. I've had the major hots for Oliver Reed since I was in college (that's a looooong time ago now) and it is NOT known (because I've never said so in public before). Thank you for the reminder of his awesomeness! Now back to your regularly-scheduled thread.
Toshio.Keepiru
I wonder if the OP was made in order to see how many people would reply with "It is known"even if it wasn't the originator should claim that.
