aFeastForDragons
All cut, along with many more characters. I really don't think any of these other characters will be postponed until further seasons like Ramsey was apart from Euron or maybe Victarion to flesh out the Ironborn more. The whole Ironborn story could be cut aswell though since there is no sign of the Kingsmoot and Asha will be captured if they are sticking to the book. LS is most certainly cut, her reveal chance has come and gone, it wouldn't add nearly as much shock to the story now. The absence of Young Griff is a very puzzling one, same with Arianne. I'm sure its a big part of the next book but one that can be cut out without drastically affecting the end point. On the plus side we will get a lot more Mace this season. Ciaran Hinds has been a criminally underused actor but that could be because of schedule conflicts. Oh and we get a Greyworm/Messandei romance instead!!! How awesome is that going to be. boojam
I so tick off Dalla Mance's wife (Queen) Val The Princess The Wildling Prince (Aemon Steelsong) I hate this show sometime Thought in the books Mance was only 'King' in name , and I thought the FreeFolk never considered Val 'royalty' even when the Westerosi did. Doesn't square with the Wilding philosophy to have an aristocracy.
Aerys Blackfyre
should they include all characters in tv show, they would need a huge sh**load of episodes
mattpeto
Before GRRM finally made the decision to move forward with HBO, he didn't want sell the rights to adapt the series because he said his series was highly complicated. The battles, the amount of characters, places, settings, etc. I can understand D&D reasoning to try chop some of the side story. They are on a budget and it's not their job to adapt the books exactly. Some of the books stuff wouldn't translate well to the series. There are shortcuts they can take to make the story cohesive and simpler for the non readers. We all miss LSH, Manderly, Greyjoys, but let's give D&D and GRRM time to see how it all plays out. roxWolfox
^Well said. As Boojam stated, the Free Folk do not have Royal Families, i.e., they do not kneel.

roxWolfox
:lol:True, but none of the Free Folk had any interest in kneeling until the White Walker threat.

Ser Pounce FTW
The royal wilding family is at a picnic in the Riverlands with Lady Stoneheart, Arianne, fAegon, Jon Con, the Manderlys, Jeyne Westerling and Coldhands. Strong Belwas is late since it takes longer to come from Essos.
