What about just using the specified location as a guideline, rather than a rule. Ex: The Ironborn Intelligencer covered the Kingsmoot. What was their headline? How did other papers cover the story? Paper: King's Landing Ledger Round 1: Sports Round 2: Weather Round 3: Classifieds Round 4: Opinion Round 5: Front Page, above the fold Round 6: Lifestyles Round 7: Personals Just a thought. The entrant thought about the way newspapers are laid out. And with 3 first place votes already this one will be hard to beat... but it is just that good. I don't mind because others expressed a preference for a specific perspective. I'll enjoy the game whatever you decide. I just personally feel that the best approach might turn out to be from a different perspective than the one given and we're more likely to end up with a distinctly average round if the brief is narrow and the letters don't play ball. The use of different sized type was creative, but I think it took away from the entry (#7, of course). Howlin' wasn't happy with the grave marker spacing, as I recall, but this goes a step beyond that. 1st - 4 2nd - 7 3rd - 3 4th - 5 The entry was great but the distraction was there. However, the wind direction started to shift late last night and we have dramatically improved conditions this morning. :) I can only imagine how bad it's been there. I'm in Denver and the jet stream has been moving the smoke here. The city was under a thick haze today.
