One-eyed Misbehavin
1. Cleft jaw or Nute the barber or Victarion (Although Vic is super overrated on this forum IMHO) and you can't forget Andrik 2. Euron Greyjoy by FAR since black Harren
Ralphis Baratheon
Andrik the Unsmiling or Victarion, now that he has a fire fist.
Vaedys Targaryen
Not quite sure if anyone can really answer that question; as of right now, we have never actually seen any Ironborn really fight. We see Asha in the forest, but there isn't a whole lot of detail about each individual's fighting skill. We have nothing but our POVs information to go by. Shouldve Taken The Black
Probably not the best, but Ser Harras Harlaw fought like an old school boss at Grimston

We've seen Victarion in action so I might be biased in giving the title to him. I love the "Reaver" chapter. His reasoning for wearing armor is awesome to me. And Victarion's memories of thrashing Harras seem to be from when Harras was much younger. Harras was good friends with Rodrick Greyjoy (Victarion's younger brother), putting Harras somewhere between five and nine years younger. Adult Harras is a badass, and that Valyrian steel sword is a major advantage.
