He's still elfish looking - maybe have him as Jojen?
Finally. A Jon Snow I can agree on.
Out of all the actors suggested so far, Ben Barnes bears the closest resemblance to the Jon in my mind...now that they're aging up the characters, that is.
Oh, and a haircut for closer resemblance.
Ben Barnes and Jamie Bell would both be great Jons, I think. Ben would also be good for Rob.

I also like the idea of Sonya Walger as Catelyn.

Okay, bearing in mind it's probably going to be shot in the UK (yay! Can I be an extra?), I've tried to think of British actors who aren't huge stars:

Ned - Jack Davenport
Tie in the running for Ned alongside Sean Bean IMO. Good call.

Now that we know the show will most likely shoot in the UK, and because I just watched the Two Towers again today, I'd like to change my suggestion for Ned to David Wenham.

Most people probably only know him as Faramir, and the one eyed dude from 300, but he's in a bunch of Australian movies, almost all of which he is exceptionally good in, and playing very diverse roles (check out Gettin Square to see him as a hilarious junkie, or The Boys to see him as one of the most vile characters I've ever seen on TV). He was also voted Australia's Sexiest Man, I believe, back when he was playing the charming Diver Dan in the TV series Sea Change.

He's got the right look, and the acting chops to be a great Ned Stark.

Also, it'd be great if you could get in an early Viggo Mortensen cameo, as the Watch deserter who is executed by Ned in chapter one. Just a nice little "this is not Lord of the Rings" bit right up front.

I second that notion. David Wenham as Ned.

Perhaps a little too old for the role, I love Emily Browning for Sansa. Or another role. She's australian...

For Ned Lambert Wilson
I always liked Kelly Macdonald as Catelyn Tully Stark.

Kelly Macdonald would be good in a number of roles. Good suggestion!

Sansa - Rachel Hurd-Wood

She's almost 20, but I think she looks youthful enough. Might be too deep into the film world now, though.

Yes, I can definitely see Avery Clark as Jon. If he can convincingly play a teenage Romeo I don't think the age is an issue.
