The rubber banding has been absolutely brutal lately. Legitimately can’t play it in the morning, or even touch Helltides. Extra awful as a barb since I get pushed back constantly trying to melee. Ugh

Been on a horror kick lately and getting some recommendations from r/horror. Anything for Jackson was the first rec that I actually watched and I loved it. I’m a sucker for demon possession movies done right and this one worked, and was actually original. I rewatched A Dark Song for the first time since it came out. A real slow burn but very impressive with what they got out of the actors and budget. Not for everyone but I think it’s solid. I also rewatched The Blackcoat’s Daughter. I legitimately love this movie. The atmosphere and sense of dread throughout is great. This one is also a slow burn but absolutely delivers in the end. I’ve watched it with a few people who loathe it though. Another not for everyone I guess.

I was wondering why Garry was flicking Magny off. Didn’t know about the trash talk. O’Malley-Vera is such an underwhelming championship match if it happens. Also was impressed with Sterling’s after fight interview as many were.

I jumped on tonight and have gotten like 5 Unique drops in a few hours for some weird ass reason. Including a Temerity drop with the aspect maxed out at 80%. I was just thinking about how I missed it from my other toon and some random guy in Helltides kills a group and that gem drops for me. I didn’t even recognize the asterick/star thing on the mini map and just went over out of curiosity. Sometimes this game delivers.

I love going to a weapon vendor and accidentally buying a $750k shit weapon because the game glitches out for a second so I hit X twice. Then resell it for $20k. Awesome. Fucking second time it’s happened to me. T4 is fun as hell right now. I’m a 65 and Helltides are wild. Got killed with 260 cinders on way to the mystery chest and kinda enjoyed it.

I stopped for a bit but came back and made a Barb for s1. Obviously way different than a sorc but I’m having fun with it. Focusing on Death Blow and vulnerable damage. Was gonna follow an Icy-Veins build but some things he chose I just didn’t have fun with, even if I’m sure it would’ve helped in the long run. Lvl 63 now and ready to get to T4. The dungeons are so much better now with all these enemies. Looking forward to shit getting crazy at the higher tiers.

Yeah. Heard ice build was the obvious better choice early on but just plugged ahead with fire anyways. Didn’t feel the pain until the higher tiers recently. Oh well.

I just did the Capstone with a buddy to get him to tier 4. We beat it but it says he didn’t at the World Tier statue. And his map shows a green checkmark. Wtf? We also did some Helltide and cinders were barely dropping. Yup, silly and baffling update.

So I’m running arc lash/ice shards/flame shield/hydra/meteor and inferno. A fire build mostly as I’ve put a majority of my paragon points towards fire damage/burning enemies/non-physical damage. I did have fire bolt but had to switch off that as it felt useless most of the time. I tinkered with my aspects to make ice shards pierce more and put on Frostburn gloves to get that freeze lucky hit(24%), and that is helping. Also getting my cooldown reduction up is a priority. I might have to go back to my trusty magical bubble when not healthy soon.

My sorc is around the same level and I’m having trouble with mid 30 tier dungeons. Some I beat relatively easily and some I get absolutely destroyed. I haven’t even tried 40+ yet. I might try following some builds for season 1.

Yeah, I helped an under leveled friend do some of the story and will definitely not be doing it a 3rd time.
