Whether his old Jon body can be resurrected and will still be fit for habitation remains to be seen, but we already have foreshadowing that he'll be a "man" again. There was way too much warging to avoid death in Dance to think he's all dead. He's going to only be mostly dead, and mostly dead is slightly alive. Perhaps that's even the real reason it was important that Jon kept Ghost close, not for protection but Melisandre was really just seeing that Jon was going to warg into Ghost... she just hasn't figured that part out yet.
