Arch-MaesterPhilip
Holy crap, I might have to get myself back to London just for this.
Zoë Sumra
:) If it matters, 28th June, 5th July and 12th July are World Cup days, and 26th July isn't.
theMountainGoat
I'm down for any of those dates
Arch-MaesterPhilip
My employer and more importantly the UK border agency probably wouldn't be thrilled with me returning so soon.
williamjm
Please give us an idea of whether you would like to come and which dates you can and cannot make. We’ll go for the least unpopular option! I think I should be able to make it on any of those dates. If it matters, 28th June, 5th July and 12th July are World Cup days, and 26th July isn't. So we should prefer one of the first three dates because it's not as if there'll be anything interesting to watch on TV anyway?
Pebble thats Stubby
I think I should be able to make it on any of those dates. So we should prefer one of the first three dates because it's not as if there'll be anything interesting to watch on TV anyway? Well for me I'd prefer a world cup day because 1) my crazy football mad husband is too chicken to meet any of you and I won't be able to watch anything else those days (not even a DVD) nor will I be able to do anything with my Husband apart from suffer football. + its our Wedding Anniversary on the 28th so we will probably be busy on the 26th ;)
Zoë Sumra
Clever clogs over here forgot that she is doing a sabre demonstration at a local fair on 28th June. :blushing: I checked the British Fencing website carefully before putting up a date choice, but that one slipped my mind... As we look likely to be Pebble-less on 26th July too, I'd surmise we are down to 5th or 12th July.
Pebble thats Stubby
And I forgot to check the racing calender, We will be at Rockingham on the 5th July so I defiantly won't be able to make that. It's possible that I can do the 26th of July I just can't guarantee it. edit - sorry for being so awkward.
Zoë Sumra
No problem. :) Between us, 12th July therefore looks like the best date...!
theMountainGoat
So is this all set for 12 July then? Who's going to be there? ATTENDINGEloisa & Misha - as hosts they had better be theretheMountainGoatTarghwilliamjmPebble
Targh
I think I can do it. Will bring a lot of smaller, faster, large-player-number games. Most of which will involve being an utter bastard.

theMountainGoat
Looks like five of us then - unless Pebble can join us or if you guys have invited anyone else and not mentioned it on here? By the way people of the board - anyone else is welcome to join us, we don't bite though we might beat you mercilessly at board games! :box: What's the plan for the day in terms of starting time. Also would it be OK to stay over so we can keep going till we are too exhausted to roll dice and draw cards anymore? It's only the World Cup 3rd place play off that night which I'm in no way bothered about seeing, so long as I get back home in time for the Final on Sunday evening it's all good. I've got the Game of Thrones board game I could bring with me, though if we are playing that it will take up a big chunk of the day just on that. Targh
I'll be there and would love a spot on a floor. Will bring all my own bedding and am house trained. I also tend to bring Brewdog beer wherever I go. I'll bring a bunch of small games that mostly revolve being a massive lying dick to the other players.
