When you say not owned by a POV, that means it wasn't owned by them at any point in the story right?

Right!

Good question, my inclination is no... hmmm...

Was the removal of this body part fatal?

If so: One of the dwarf heads presented to Cersei?

Doubtful.

The dwarfs head was in Westeros when presented to Cersei

double posted with bluebear

the dwarf's head isn't on the registry list which is a surprise

So the part is 'probably not in Westeros' because there is no reason to think it would be there. Because it wasn't seen there, as dwarf's head was. I thought it was because it would have rotted away by now. So rule out the wight's hand and various people nailed to gibbets or dangled from castle walls in Westeros.

At the same time, it is probably not part of an Essosi. Which seems a little odd.

Bravvos is in Essos and they source their faces locally so that rules that out.

It can't be the various victims of revenge of the slavers or Dany, they are Essosi. Sounds like it could be something like a keepsake (lock of hair) or relic.

The skull that the sellsword company had as a mascot or whatever was supposed to by a Toyne or someone and he was a Westerosi.

I suppose it could be the body part of an animal - a dragon. or eggs. But I can't be bothered looking all this up.

Question - seen by POV?

So when you say "probably not in Westeros" do you mean "probably has never been in Westeros"? Because if it's only probably not currently in Westeros, I'm having trouble seeing how it can definitely not exist at the end of ADWD...
