Wildfire, the substance, is spelled as one word. But in TWOIAF, the surviving account of the Tragedy of Summerhall details wild fire (two words) being present. Why do most people take this to mean wildfire the substance?

Interesting.

Still, the next part of the description (...flames grew out of control...towering...burned so hot that...) does bring wildfire to mind, so perhaps that's why. Still, this might be interesting to remember, that it might not have been wildfire used at Summerhal.

Ok, so this question has been in my mind for a time.

What is the kindness Jaime never did one person loved him for?

The only answer I can find is that it has to do with Tysha, but I don't buy that. Hiring a whore for a misshapen brother (which he didn't do) may indeed be seen as a kind act, but Jaime has always been kind for Tyrion, and Tyrion has always loved him.

It's phrased oddly, but the point is that Jaime didn't hire a prostitute, but the lie allowed Tyrion to believe that Jaime had at least tried to bring him some kind of happiness.  If Tyrion had known the truth, he would have blamed Jaime just as much as his father for taking his happiness away.

Stannis...

http://asoiaf.westeros.org/index.php/topic/118181-we-will-march-into-the-sea-and-out-again-under-the-waves-we-will-ride-seahorses-and-mermaids-will-blow-seashells-to-announce-our-coming-oh-oh-oh/

I think the Velaryons are already working for Stannis; Jon notes "seahorses" amongst the sigils of Stannis' bannermen when they attack the wildling camp. Aurane Waters, on the other hand, is working more or less for himself, but I do think he's in someone's pocket.

I suspect Varys or Doran personally.
WoW spoiler
Aurane Waters is most likely the Lord of the Waters that's become a pirate in the Stepstones, and is in the perfect position to spy on and/or join Aegon. Perhaps Varys very recently let Aurane in on a little secret (Targ). Or perhaps Doran has more than Arianne collecting info on the boy.
The Sworn Sword subtly hints at this as well. During Dunk's nightmare, which is theorized to foreshadow their deaths, he and Aegon "die" by suffocating in sand; sand is kept over the wildfire batches in KL as a preventative of fire outbreak.

In short, it's theorized that they died at Summerhall from suffocation, not burns.
Wouldn't he be located in the wrong position to be  gathering information on Aegon for Doran? As well, he became Lord of the Waters before news of Aegon's landing began to spread, IIRC.
In AFfC, Arianne knows of the sellswords in Volantis and (wrongly) believes them to be supporting Quentyn. If Arianne knows, it's very likely that Doran knows something about this as well. He would want an agent near the area to relay information.
If Aurane is in/near the Stepstones, he would be in the perfect location. It's the midway point between Volantis and Dorne, and is just north of Lys where part of the GC has landed. Or he might know something about Aegon/the GC via Varys... or just gotten "lucky" to have been in the area when Aegon landed?
Either way, I predict Aurane Waters joins Aegon's cause because 1.) he sees profit in it and/or 2.) he'd profit from it via a third party as well.

Regarding the last hero or bran the builder? It's stated in the world book he sought the COTF and that at first the language of the children sounded like the sounds of nature and tht the way he learned their language is a tale in itself?

Could this mean that Brandon the builder used the weirwoods like a greenseer or is there something I'm missing

I think that Aurane is an independent contractor, so to speak, right now. But that Justin Massey will recruit him.

Why Justin Massey? I can see him bringing news to Arya about Jon and potentially bringing her back to Westeros, intentionally or not.
He's headed to the Wall, then to Braavos and back.
He's nowhere near Aurane Waters.

I thought he would have at least heard something, or put pieces together, no?

Jon did know she had been pregnant, but not who the man had been who had impregnated her. According to the app, when Lysa asked him to give LF a job, he just assumed Lysa wanted her childhood friend close by.

Seeing as how LF would later brag about having taken both Catelyn's and Lysa's maidenhead, Jon might have eventually wondered, but losing your virginity and becoming pregnant doesn't have to be the same encounter - and for Lysa, indeed it wasn't. So in the end he might have believed (or not, we don't know if he believed the stories LF told at court) that Lysa and LF had been intimate once, but that he had been the father of her child, I don't think he had anything specifically pointing to that.
Justin is going to Braavos but he might have to travel further abroad. Stannis told him to seek the Golden Company in the Disputed Lands if necessary and not to return with fewer than 20k men.
