Rhaenyra and Cersei: both mothers to three bastards who look nothing like their legal fathers, paranoid and vengeful

Again, Rhaenyra became paranoid when all of her family betrayed her; Cersei was like that from the beginning. Also in Rhaenyra’s case if her sons were bastards Laenor knew it, Robert didn’t.

Also Rhaenyra had a claim to the Throne, Cersei not. It seems like they are the opposites not parallels.

Dany and Nymeria: led a group of stragglers on a perilous voyage (Nymeria by sea, Dany through the Red Waste), invaded a distant kingdom and married one of many rival rulers.

Dany was a parallel to Nymeria's enemies.

Jaime and Rhaegar: Doing what has to be done. Whatever the consequence for their honor

I see Jaime and Rhaegar as contrasting rather than parallel characters.  Rhaegar appears to have believed thoroughly in the voices in his own head.  Jaime is riddled with self-doubt and only tends to act in a crisis: otherwise he tends to follow others when he might be better off trusting his own judgment.

There is actually a weird parallel between Jaime and Arya.  She also doesn't like the person she is becoming but feels an overwhelming compulsion to act in a crisis.

Arianne and Asha also parallel each other quite a bit in AFFC. They're the same age, or close enough, and are on a mission to secure their claim against their male relatives. Both are also unwed, which is unusual in this society, have a paramour, and have a smitten ex-boyfriend that they keep around for one reason or another. Neither were considered pretty when they were younger, but are noted for growing into attractive adults. Both love their fathers and want to be seen as their rightful heir, and both gather a group of followers to help bolster their claims. Neither of their plans go as intended, and they are each humbled by the experience. They each have an uneasy relationship with their younger brother, who spent their teenage years away from home and are facing perils of their own.

Brienne and Shireen-Both are mock by Renly for their appearances. Both of them are consider abnormal by westeros' society. Both got along with members of the Stark Family(Brienne with Cat Stark)(Shireen with Jon Snow) Both Shireen and Brienne are known to be sincerely kind to people. Both have loyal companions(Brienne with Podrick)(Shireen with Patches(Patchface was described as a faithful hound when he was waiting for Shireen to finish with her education)).Those two would get along if Brienne didn't want Stannis' dead.

Just guesswork at this stage, but how about Masha Heddle and her nieces, in parallel with Cat and her daughters?

Masha and Cat both die of an injury to the neck. Willow is a skinny nine year old, with a commanding personality - she reminds Brienne of Arya. We haven't seen much of Jeyne yet.
