Other forums using this software have that capability on there, and if there's a limit to how many boxes can be added I'm sure we can lose the Insert: Acronym or Insert: Center box without any issue. Like "Insert Code Snippet" from the toolbar? If you don't post the '=Test' component of what you posted above it will work. You do not have to use the code snippet button from the toolbar. However, that can be a useful shortcut to make it work - if you hit the code snippet button, type the text to be spoiler hidden between the square brackets (these ones - ] [) and then change the word 'code' to 'spoiler' in each tag.
