sam90
I was raised as a Christian and today I do not really define myself in a specific religion though I share the values but not necesserely the interpretations of christianity and mostly of deism. I've an open-mind. As for Westeros, it is hard to say, but the old gods are interesting. No religious institutions, no sacred texts and it is very personal but yet a shared religions. It reminds me and is what come closer me to my own personal beliefs.
Councillor
I would also decide for the old gods, I think.
coatzin
I don't think I would... too many things that I couldn't explain from an sceptic perspective... old gods
Welease Woger
I'm an Atheist in RL, but as for Westeros it would depend on where I was born, although if I had witnessed any of the many miracles from the Lord of Light, I probably would follow him. Welease Woger
On second thought, I'd follow the faith of the Summer Islands, in order to pray with my c*ck :)
Ser Noob Manderly of WH
I'm an atheist in real life, but I think every person in Westeros or Essos is grown up with a specific religion, I don't think that there are any atheists at all. But if I had to pick a religion, I'd go for the Old Gods or the Seven. the hound is definitely an atheist or at the very least has little respect for the old gods or new
Ser Noob Manderly of WH
it would depend on where i was born, i dont think i would be converted but probably wouldnt be super passionate about it either, the seven sound more appealing that the old gods to me because of the structure
Sword in Flames
The Lord of Light all the way, although I recognize the attraction to the old gods and godswoods.
Welease Woger
the hound is definitely an atheist or at the very least has little respect for the old gods or new In the beginning of ACoK, I think it's implied that Stannis had been an atheist until being converted to the red faith. HorrorHiro
The Religions of both Essos and Westeros intrigue me as much, if not more than RL religions. I personally would probably be partial to the Old Gods, possibly the Seven, if I lived on the Iron Islands I would almost certainly follow the faith of the Drowned God. I find the Red God interesting, but unless I lived in Lys, was a sworn sword of Stannis Baratheon, or was a member of the Brotherhood Without Banners; I probably wouldn't follow that religion. KingOfTheAshes
Im an athiest but id have to go for the Old Gods, no matter where i would be raised, i just think they make the most "sense". If there was a bigger thing looking over us i would like to see it more like a non-spefic form, like the northeners see the old gods, just dont like the idea of having a warrior and smith and crone and shit
KhaleesiDany
I think it would depend on your upbringing and where you were born, just like in real life! I was raised Catholic so I would probably worship the Seven. I wouldn't be a silent sister though.
King Tyrion I
I think I'd stick with the belief of the Seven. The Old Gods certainly appeal to me as well.
Lord Ravenstark
Religion is magic, at least in most part of the Know World of the series... I would probably stick with R'hlloism or Old Gods, mainly because the magic attached to these two. "Old Gods"... weird name to name gods... are they old or cause they came before the Seven? Blazfemur
Satanist in real life, however in this world, clearly Rhllor has apparent evidential existence. Full on conversion to Rhllor.
Beathag
I am raised catholic...that's just the most common religion where I'm from; but if I had to pick a Religion in Westeros, it would definitely be The Old Gods, cause I'm not fond of the Septons either! Me, too. I enjoy the incense, but organized religion.....I would be right out there in the woods communing with a Face Tree
