Maybe on Essos, so when the Andals came, they confused the two?2. That everyone will live happily ever after. *laughs*3. There is fire magic and there is ice magic. There could neutral areas that boost MP like at the wall. They are a natural part of the ASOIAF world.3. There are no actual gods in ASoIAF. Just ice/fire magic and the laws of nature. Greenseers are not gods, they have access to a Weirwood Heart Tree Visual & Memory Network. The Seven have shown no real magic in the series. R'hlior could just be a face for fire magic. Magically active parts of the R'hliorian religion became simple rituals with the loose of the dragons until AGoT (ex. Thoros of Myr performing what he thought was a funeral ritual, but was in truth necromancy).4. Arya will go back to Westeros and somehow bump into Lady Dustin. Lady Dustin will see Lyanna in Arya and help her kill Roose Bolton with his own leeches. Ramsey will die by Arya's hands since she "does not know him". Sigh... this will probably be Theon's arc though.5. Lady Stoneheart can be killed by fire since it was fire magic that made her rise.6. There have been previous generations of Stark wargs, but when direwolves stopped living south of the wall, (i.e. a constant animal companion) they stopped actively exhibiting the traits). What if the stag killing the mother direwolf represented Robert killing Lyanna? Robert found out about Lyanna going with Rhaegar willingly and being his lover (second wife?). He became enraged and killed her, and became consumed with grief and remorse. That's why he's so hung up on her. It was a stag (male) killing a female direwolf. Also, if you look at the events in another way, you'd realize that Robert indirectly killed Ned when he asked him to be his Hand, leave Winterfell and come south to KL.
