Masamune
Jon is talking about the time he *almost* had sex with everybody's favorite lady of the night, but didn't.Samwell's response: "You didn't know where to put it?"Incidentally, Ser Alliser's speech,... while not technically a 'line', could qualify for this thread. Seneti
The boar's great tusks they boded illfor good king Robert's healthand the beast was every bit as fatas Robert was himself. Our brave king cried: "Do you worst!I'll have your ugly head!you're nowhere near as murderous asthe lion in my bed!"King Robert lost his battle andhe failed his final test. The lion ripped his balls of and -the boar did all the rest!--A priceless moment that was only mentioned in the book, but I love this little song so much, I sometimes sing it when I'm bored and people look at me like I'm out of mind. Khal-a-bunga
There are tons of fantastic original lines and monologues written for the series, strewn throughout every episode. That Demon Monkey
How has no one mentioned THE most captivating line in all of television? A line so brilliant it single-handedly brought forth a wave of GoT internet sensation. "WHERE ARE MUUUH DRRRAGOOONS?"

DarkAndFullOfTurnips
I'm not sure if it's original, but I can't remember it from the books. It's such a minor line but I love it."You know my brother once told me that nothing someone says before the word 'but' really matters." - Benjen StarkNot exactly an epic line but now everytime someone's talking and they say "but" I smirk a little. LordStoneheart
Except that's Sandor line from the books, stolen by Christian Baelish. Hahahahahahahahhaha.... I love that all the Hound's "important" lines were given to LF. not that I like either of them, I just hate the Hound more (though I think LF deserves more hate, idk). But it's my theory that LF is the showrunner's favorite character and the Hound was just kind of filler in their minds. Therefore, his showform is weak and melikes that. Also, I don't think the line itself was particularly memorable but the way it was spoken by RM was super powerful... "They were boys!" - referring to Willem and Martyn Lannister's corpses. (Subtext, he had Bran and Rickon on his mind...)
