nara
It depends on when and how he found out. 1) If he observed it himself (and I'm a little surprised that none of the children did) he would have run straight to Robert and Jaime and Cersei would have been executed. If (and it's a big if) Robert continued to accept the children, Joff may have been sent to Ned for fostering for a bit. 2) If anyone else told him prior to his reaching adulthood (as actually happened), I think he would have been in denial and had the person who told him executed in a painful manner. 3) If he was told after he reached adulthood, and could understand relationships better, he would believe it, but publicly deny. He would probably not execute Jaime and Cersei but would freeze them out of power, perhaps sending at least one of them back to Casterly Rock. WinterWarrior
He would have had them both killed but made it look like he was not involved.
PrinceBreakspear
He probably would have gone into denial considering Robert was the one person Joffrey ever had any affection for.
AC Angel
Oh yes, I'm sure. Then he could realise his folly with Sansa, apologise and promise to treat her as any true knight would, and they all live happily ever after.Certainly, and he likely would have had Cersei punished too.Yeah, he seems to care about his mother and that's pretty odd for Joffrey. He would have punished her for sure, but never killed her as he most certainly would with Jaime.

Claire of House Thorpe
Joffrey would get very upset, throw the mother of all temper tantrums, and kill Jaime and Cersei. Plus, lock Myrcella up or send her away. He won't allow any incest on his watch.
The Broke Howard Hughes
I think he did know, deep down he knew Ned wasn't lying. He was just sticking his head in the sand like his grandpa to avoid dealing with it. If its true he wouldn't get to be King.
ejhawman
If convinced by some magical means, his brain explodes. Or at least BSOD.With luck, goes nuts and kills his mother, brother, and sister before falling on his sword.
Light a wight tonight
He'd say "Why are you dragging me to Baelor's Sept and what's Ilyn Payne doing with that sword?"
Zachary Snow
Joffrey probably wouldn't care. He did whatever he wanted anyway when Stannis sent out the letters. Joffrey was just a spoiled selfish bastard, all that mattered to him was the crown.
shiola
Deny, deny, deny, and kill anyone who said otherwise. Maybe go so far as to kill Jaime.

Choice And Consequence
I'm sure he would have a melt down; He seems far more proud of being a Baratheon then being a Lannister giving how proud he was of Roberts achivements even if Robort didn't show him the fatherly love he needed. Old God
He would totally go bonkers, Rape his parents and make them kill each other, dig up Robert and hug him while crying on his privy
Castellan
He seemed to suspect it anyway. He killed all the bastards. He chopped Ned's head off to shut him up even though he knew it endangered Jaime, the hostage - a bonus from Joffrey's point of view.

He would probably put all the blame on Jaime and have him executed.
