The Small Stuff That Doesn't Need, or Even Want, a Thread. #6

'One incredibly foolish act... ' My God... I'd be turning myself in to the popo shortly after catching something like that myself. -
Because it was a dogshit Lucas insert lol

I'm going to have to watch Rebels then, or you talking Clone Wars too [which I also passed on except for every now and then]

First it was that katana and shoto of Ahsoka’s dual wield style, then the split toes of her footwear, and this episode besides what you’ve referred to there were also the practice bokken. So, I haven’t watched Rebels, when was all this Samurai styling established? Is it all just a what, Ahsoka is essentially a Ronin having split off from the Jedi, or do these influences have more meaning canonically? Anyone know?

Any of y’all tried deep fried cheesecake, cause to loop back to politics as well— that shit could fix the Republican Party. -

These are good points. Photorealism does feel kind of counter to the medium itself, but painting in particular adds another set of strictures atop that, the largest being the disincentive to experiment beyond techniques already established because of the possible impacts on workflow, but... Ross will always hold a place amongst my list of comic art talents for his contributions [Marvels, Kingdom Come] and I'll likely never be able to flip those pages and not be amazed like I was when it a fresh style. -

That’s what Kingdom Come was talking about, with gorgeous Alex Ross art. DC absolutely has to adapt that. -

Man of Steel was almost good, and Routh's turn as everyone's favorite alien reporter was fantastic [even if Returns was derivative] I honestly don't know if Gunn has a good Superman script in him. If every other character and their dog in Legacy is a fucking clown, going to be a serious tonal miss for me. -

Yeah. But the day you do it, it' a paid day. Would have to be made economically equitable, re-infranchise as many whoe vote has been oppressed. Make the Supreme Court put its record on the line. Surely there are some Republican, or right powerbrokers that realize Trump too is an old man that yes, he'll be got one way or the other. They're already all invested in the after of TFG-- which I thought meant That Fucking Goof for the longest time lol He dies or quits trying, plays victim the remainder of his life. *sorry, shouldn't post stoned -

Kind of breath taking the potential there though. Both primaries wide open, with a populace more engaged than they've been in what, decades? More? It'd be return of the popular vote, having a say in both government and opposition no? I don't know. But Scot might be on to something there. -
Almost disturbing how amusing that would be given the percentage of the human race we're talking here. I mean, if you got a problem with facts there's no might be. *You're a conspiracy theorist at what gives for a heart, visible to all who can stand to see it. No matter how respectably *you try to dress it. *both are general, not personal

Liked Heroes Die, was so-so on Blade, meh the third, didn't even read the last book. Found them increasingly predictable, iirc. -

Removing Fani won't make the case just go away, there'd have to be a lot more collusion to go that far. -

Nah, like, when you find the room there's one big pod with two smaller branching off it. They'll each be named, ie: Devious, Brutal, Wrathful, etc, and so long as you have a corresponding Invoker in your inventory you just need to click on whichever you want to fight for their Heart.

I believe so, yes. Me either, but I like watching the talking heads yaw into the void. I dislike Kirk easily as much as Shapiro.
