Little known fact: In the UK, you can get a legal prescription for cannabis flower to treat depression and anxiety. I have been on daily 100mg Sertraline since 2016, to help manage what can be pretty debilitating anxiety. I don't like the side effects of this drug, and I have a zoom appointment with a cannabis-prescribing psychiatrist on Wednesday morning. I am told they will probably prescribe a combination of flower and THC oil.

I have mixed feelings about this, based on my brother's experiences with police when in crisis. They arrive expecting violence. It doesn't matter that in my brother's case, he doesn't have a violent bone in his body. I've enjoyed the WSL this year. Been to see the Arsenal Ponytails a few times. Really nice atmosphere, and a lovely way to spend a few hours. The football is getting better, but quality wise, things are still a bit top-heavy. One look at the league table speaks volumes in this regard.

Finished the first season of The Diplomat on Netflix. This is one of my favourite shows of the year so far. Great plot, Sorkineqsue dialogue, delivered by an excellent cast, headed by the amazing Keri Russell. Highly recommended.
