Roose Bolten a Vampire?

Tyler Stark

Tyler,

Fits the description.

Cold grey eyes tall skinny pale.....

Often "leeched"

(Jamie once remarked that "he would like being leeched")

Has been noticed not eating at feast.

(I believe by Robb)

Seemingly evil and without empathy

(Didn't care if his son was legitimized or executed)

Fathered his son through rape

Called it "lords right" but his victim/thrall came to him later asking for help for the baby and he provided the first "reek"

The flayed man as his sigil

Chose the fatest Frey to have as his wife.

Would be a fitting enemy for Starks.

(Starks being wargs aka werewolves and Bolten being vampires... Kind of natural enemies)

No, Roose Bolton is not a vampire.

If Roose was really an other-worldly creature like some threads have suggested, I don't think he would have had to marry a fat woman to line his pockets.

He has to keep up appearances somehow. He's probably been Lord Bolton for several centuries now; it's probably expensive keeping people from noticing that his 'heirs' all end up looking like him at some point.

Note that he has an ageless look about him, and we don't know any of his ancestors, not even his father. Seriously, the only Boltons we know by name are Roose, Domeric and Ramsay if you want to count him.

Also, it can't be an accident that in the show he's played by a guy who looks like Vladimir Putin. What are D&D trying to tell us?

Dracula was killed by a man named John. I think Roose may be killed by Jon, possibly driving his sword through Roose's heart like Roose did Robb. Or if you follow Bram Stoker's book, Jon cuts his throat.

Roose is also described as ageless and untouched, like if he were immortal.

Goerge should throw in a scene where some other lord tries to contrast Roose Bolton with his father and finds that he can't really remember what Roose's father was like. Even his name is barely on the tip of his tongue. He tries to ask Roose about it but before he can spit out the words the thought escapes him completely and he shakes his head and stumbles away, feeling faintly confused.
