The Young Maester
March his Army North and leave the Riverlands to its own fate.
Arthur Peres
In hindsight if the rest of te events remain the same, he just need to stay alive. If he stay alive, Joffrey and Tywin dies, Tyrion flees, mad Cersei is regent, IB leaves the north and attack the Reach and the Tyrells have their hands full sieging Storm's End, Dragon Stone and expelling the IB. This Alternatively: bend the knee and go North to give Stannis the red smile Joffrey always wanted to give him. Particularly if he dealt with the IT after Tywin's death I could see him getting some decent terms in return for peace.
frenin
Go North and stay alive, repel the IB from his lands, let them fight Balon and if IIRC the kraken fool died short before the young wolf and if so, travel to the Vale to personally seek Robert out and see if he can sway some of the Vale Lords to his cause, if not, plunde and ravage the Westerlands and oblige Tywin to divide his massive army to retake, the Westerlands, the Riverlands and Dragonstone, while forcing levies in both the North and the Riverlands. If the Riverlords could held enough time in their castles waiting for Robb to come is another matter.
Lord Lannister
Bend the knee and make a deal with Tywin. Alternatively, abandon the Riverlands and hold the north until Tywin's death. Both would be terribly out of character for Robb though and would require someone like Roose Bolton to heavily influence him.
R2D
Since he doesn't want to be king, he should have legitimized Edric Storm and supported the Tyrells after Renly's death.
