However, like GM Pycelle, they can be used by others or have their own agendas. Aemon went to the Wall so as not to get mixed up in this sort of thing. For instance: giants, CotF, dragons, etc.I believe in GRRM's world Dragons are fire personified, just as the Others are cold personified. I would assume dragons don't have blood, and if you cut into one you would feel a swell of heat and you would see the kind of fiery hot you see in the hottest coals of a large fire.
