Also, I highly doubt a 15-20 year old girl would be cast regardless of source material. If you're going with relations to the show then Jessica Brown Findlay passes with having the Jon Snow look (Kit Harrington).

I agree with the poster that said Charlie Hunnam for Rhaeger. I was thinking maybe Emma Stone for Lyanna but the more I think about it sh would be a perfect young Cat!

And Henry Cavill for young Robert Baratheon would be spot on I think.

I want the actors to portray just how the characters would be.

Lyanna's should have a youthful look, because her youth played an important role to her story. It's not like HBO would get thirty year olds to play Sansa or Arya.

So I'm going to say my fan casts because I've wanted to for ages :D :

Georgie Henley: Lyanna

Eleanor Tomlinson: younger Catelyn

Tamsin Egerton: younger Cersei

Emanuelle Chriqui: Elia

Alex Pettyfer: younger Jaime

I think it would be a travesty to show this. It would bog down a great epic in melodrama and bathos. That said, at this stage, the best actress for Lyanna is Maisie Williams, but transformed by make-up and wigs to resemble herself, but not too much. Ben Whishaw for Rhaegar.

I don't know if you guys have seen that artwork of the Targaryen sibs where the insiration used for Rhaegar was Alex Pettyfer. I really couldn't imagine anyone else as Rhaegar since. But I don't mind Lee Pace either. As for Lyanna, Natalie Portman, maybe?
