Winter's Knight
I'm fully prepared for the following people to die: JonDanyCerseiTyrionJaimeTommen and MycellaAryaLorasLancelBut I will be so.pissed.off. if Sansa or Brienne die.
Lord Jennings
I'd be disappointed if: The Others won Winterfell didn't go back to the Starks House Baratheon was erraticated Jon Snow doesn't find out where he came from Robert Arryn lives Tyrion doesn't become lord of Casterly Rock
DaveSnow House Stark
OK, OP discussed if "theories" didn't happen, so for me it would be GNC. However, I do not want a RW part 2. I do not want them to sink to the same levels as the Freys.
Jon of the Dead
I think Theon should be executed. He's going to play a big part in Jon's resurrection. Actually, if this happens it would disapoint me more than anything else. I'd be pretty disapointed if Sansa doesn't play a major role in Littlefinger's downfall
Neilos
Most of all, I'll be disappointed if the Northern lords put up with Lord Bolton for very much longer. Ending open rebellion against the Lannisters is one thing, and perfectly excusable. It's quite another thing to side with Houses Bolton and Frey when the opportunity to throw them off is knocking. I'm already disappointed in Lord Bracken, for being a connivey conniver.
FaSome
I'd be disappointed if Darkstar wasn't in fact batman as I firmly believe(Darkstar/dark knight)...because as we all know he is "of the night".I'd hate for theon to survive...he isn't even a man anymore, let him die already.Victarion dying is gonna suck, but I'm sure it's coming. Tyrion, Dany, or Jaime dying wouldn't please me much either. If all three died, I'd probably burn these books..I'd also be mad if Jon Snow is the "hero" of the story and saves the day singlehandedly...that'd be god awfully lame IMO. Hopefully there is more to it than that.
The Young Black Dragon
Actually, if this happens it would disapoint me more than anything else. I always feel surprised when members think Theon should survive. :dunno:
assjfjgjsgjljljglgjfjsduar
Apart from the things that are basically facts at this point (R+L=J), my big two are probably the GNC (broadly speaking; there are some specifics that I'm fine with losing) and Sansa being the one to bring down Baelish. MotherMerciless
If Stoneheart kills Jaime I'll cry.If Stoneheart kills Brienne or causes her death in any way I will cry, throw the book against the wall, sulk for weeks and hate Martin forever and ever. Dany Girl
If any of the Lannister spawn are actually Targ spawn I will probably delete the books from my Kindle, delete my account, throw away my blue rays and pretend I've never heard of this series. Thormund Stark
I'd be disappointed if Jon doesn't kill Ramsey himself, if Cersei survives, and if Jon isn't AA, aside from that I'm fine with whatever happens in the series.

bpsae325
If Aegon turns out to be some rando with no Targ blood. I think he is the real deal but I am preparing myself for the possibility he is a BF, but if he is just someone out of the blue I'd be disappointed. I'd also be disappointed if Tyrion doesn't become Lord of Casterly Rock. And if Ramsay and Roose survive, I'd be very disappointed.
VisenyaTargaryen
I'd be disappointed if Jon Snow turns ou to be Azor Ahai/TPTWP, king of Westeros and/or son of Rhaegar and Lyanna.

Nezzer
If Jon and Dany join forces to defeat the Others and then become King and Queen after wining the war, I'm going to burn the books. A lost prince falling in love with a lost princess and destroying an ancient evil together would be the lamest ending this series could have. Any kind of "happily ever after" ending to ASOIAF would be terrible IMHO.
Not a kneeler
If R + L = J isn't true it will beyond disappointing. If the GNC doesn't turn out to be a little bit true. If Mel doesn't turn out to be ancient and glamourizing her true appearance I will be disappointed. If Jon and Arya don't live. If Brienne dies. Count Balerion
What is the GNC? (Pardon the noobness.) I'll be disappointed if Dany dies early on in a meaningless way. Also, while I daresay Jon will be back, hopefully the resurrections will be kept to a reasonable level. I think a completely bleak and hopeless ending would be as disappointing as a happily-ever-after ending. An ending with Cersei sitting on the Iron Throne and laughing would be the worst. Worse even than the triumph of the Others. At least the latter would have a certain style. (I just had the horrible thought of Walder Frey winning in the end and then turning out to be a Targaryen. Heh. Blekh.)
Queen Alysanne™
It would disappoint me if BR is just a goody good good, training Bran and protecting the realm.
