Assuming Jon somehow proves his heritage and becomes King, what would marrying Arya accomplish? I imagine he would already have Stark support. I believe all high (and low, and medium-sized) lords' opinions are of second importance. In Jon's eyes Arya is still his little sister, and for Arya Jon is her big brother. So, no. Interestingly in that scenario Arya would be the warrior queen and Sansa the soft flirty one, yet Jon prefers Arya (on a companionship level) where Aegon preferred Rhaenys. That kind of match would help in a fight agaisnt the others. That is all he cares about. He never has shown interest in the south. I know its me shipping but a girl can dream. This means the marriage would be one that is desired by the 2, and I just don't see that happening given the relationship they had.
