BlacktownWalrus
I am convinced that Bran will ride an ice dragon!!! Ever since the first time I read Bran's second chapter from ADWD when Bloodraven said to Bran "you will never walk again Bran, the pale lips promised, but you will fly". I can only take this as you will literally fly and not ward because he already can walk though warding with Summer and Hodor. GRRM has teased us throughout ASOIAF about Ice Dragons it only makes since one will show up. I think Bran will leave the cave and find his dragon in the land of always winter, since GRRM has hinted some character will be going there. Also I like a lot of readers believe Jon Snow is Azor Ahai and the prophesy says " Ahai shall be born again amidst smoke and salt to wake dragons out of stone". This got me thinking could Jon awaken more dragons? I'm not too convinced about this maybe the prophesy is not 100% accurate since the prince that was promised, the last hero, and Azor Ahai are probably all in the same. I have believed Jon will ride Viserion because of the similarities with Ghost. But I'm less certain about Jon than I am about Bran. Let me know what you all think
Lady Starks Revenge
This is one of the theories that I have the hardest time with, because with more actual dragons flying around wouldn't it diminish Daenerys dragons? The way she brought them into the world is special, it is a monstrously important event, maybe I am just partial to her dragons but I can't picture a scenario anything less than vastly convenient or cheesy where any other dragons show up. I would love to be reminded of solid evidence that we may get other dragons, I am more than open to being convinced but at this point I hope and for see it as a no. Lady Blizzardborn
I'd like to see more dragons, but at this point they'd have to be wild or drinking Miracle Grow to be of any importance to the main story. I don't think an ice dragon would diminish Dany's dragons at all. If anything it makes them even more important. What else can defeat an ice dragon but fire dragons? BlacktownWalrus
My thought is there is a very old dragon that has been sleeping or other magic involved so the dragon would be fully grown. Maybe the Ice dragon only awakens with the long night and winter approaching, like the others.
Lost Melnibonean
I'm hoping Euron hatched his egg and has wee dragon growing somewhere remote.
Hueylouis
I think we will see more dragons, and a kraken or two. I think a dragon may be behind the hot springs of winterfell.

DeathYon
I don't think Bran riding a dragon would make sense, or at least it doesn't to me.An ice dragon would be bloody cold to sit on. He also has no control of his legs so he'd just slip off.
Fire Eater
I think "waking dragons from stone" isn't literal but metaphorical given that prophecy uses metaphor much of the time, and GRRM said prophecies shouldn't be too literal. Ice dragons don't exist in ASOIAF except in legend. I think the "Ice Dragon" is just a point to Jon.
OberynBlackfyre
I think IF we see another dragon is will come out of left field.....possibly from Hardhome or maybe even in the catacombs of Winterfell.....however I think the cave system to both of those areas are linked....but thats another story. An Ice Dragon I think would be awesome, however like the story of The Ice Dragon that GRRM wrote (that IS in the world of ASOIAF, he confirmed it.) is that you have to be pretty much a White Walker to survive it. SOOOOOOO I think we could see the enemy (white walkers) on an Ice Dragon.

I agree that the world doesn't need to revolve around her. I'm having a hard time adequately explaining why more dragons leaves a bad taste in my mouth. ChillyPolly
The "dragon of Winterfell".The "stone dragon" of Dragonstone.Whatever dragon is hiding on Skagos (Sheepstealer?)Whatever dragon is hiding in the uninhabited wilds of Sea Dragon Point.Whatever dragon hides in the perpetual (volcanic?) clouds of the Giant's Lance.Whatever dragon or dragons hatched at Summerhall 50+ years ago. Varamyr6skins
I have been saying this for a LONG time now. I am convinced we will see other dragons get introduced to the story....The others need something to combat the dragons....We have heard of Giant Ice Spiders, wonder what they are....But I could totally see and Ice Dragon in the hands of the Others.....and if not a entirely separate dragon than one of Danys dragons dies and becomes reanimated as a wight dragon Another note.......Tyrions chapter from ADWD "The clouds were aglow; Pink and Purple, Maroon and Gold, Pearl and Saffron. One looked like a dragon" I believe this to be direct foreshadowing to atleast one other dragon being introduced to the story. There are several eggs out there and Yes Danys dragons birth was something magical but at the same time it also signifies the return of magic into the world, so going by that logic any other dragons eggs out there at the time could also hatch, therefore any dragons eggs that exist at the time of Danys Dragons eggs hatching could have hatched shortly after, therefore there could be Dragons out there relatively the same age and size od Danys This story is going to get epic and we will def. see dragon vs Dragon

Mithras
I think Mel will summon a shadow dragon for Stannis and it will have an icy breath to fight Dany's firebreathing dragons. As metaphoric dragons waiting to "hatch" I think Jon and Shireen are definitely on the line.
